I have been working with Anjum on his business program since 2020 and its been the key to my business progressing and increasing my turnover my 500%. Working together with Anjum we have put long term systems and strategies in place to make solid foundations for the growth of the business. We have weekly discussions about the any ideas or issues within the business and together we come to the best solution for the direction of the company. I had began my coaching journey with Anjum by undertaking his rigorous values course. This course in my opinion has changed my life. By pinpointing my values and going through them in subsequent sessions I have fast-tracked the process of knowing myself and thus made the path for my future clearer. I then later took his career coaching course which has helped me tremendously in knowing what career path I could undertake throughout my life and any others that seem to fit in to my identity. Anjum seems to have a natural talent for weeding out distraction and planting seeds of success where they can flourish most. A sense of adventure becomes nourished in every session and it is by no mistake. In every coaching session Anjum is stringent, there is no time to waste when it comes to your success and Anjum knows and appreciates this.

The coaching sessions have been invaluable in supporting my development as a practitioner. Anjum challenges me to progress but also critically supports me to think about my life as a whole whilst I move forward. When I began working with Anjum Khan I had next to no self belief and no hope for the future. I was without drive and had already convinced myself of failure. Through coaching I am learning to recognize and pick my options in life that are going to be the most worthwhile of my time. I am learning to ladder my priorities and understand what to keep in my life and what to let go of. I still struggle with all of the above, but it is a massive step in the right direction towards a better future and a more meaningful life. Anjum has been an irreplaceable companion and elicitor of that change- he is reliable and has given me structure onto which to start building my life up. I have done his Values sequence, and it has been like being given a blueprint of who I am now, I understand what drives me, as well as what I find most valuable in the world around me. Anjum is both supportive and firm when he needs to be, and his approach really allows him to work with you on a different, deeper level. He really has the mind, the wit and the heart it takes to be in his profession, and the world is lucky for it.
